WHAT YOU'VE BEEN MISSING

So I gave Kamree a few pieces of candy to play with on the floor. Next thing I knew she has got one open and is eating it!! So she got her first taste of chocolate a little early but she sure enjoyed the taste! She is starting to scoot herself around now so I have to watch her carefully to make sure she is not getting into things. After I took the candy bar away she started to eat crayons that her sisters dropped on the floor. Looks like I won't be getting anything done!!

So I am pretty sure that I have the cutest girls in the world! (sorry to all of you out there who think you have the cutest girl :) I love pictures where they are loving each other. Most of each day they do love each other which is great! Does anyone else have the problem that when your kids are wearing cute outfits you just have to take a picture? This was one of those moments for me!
Lexie said that she needed to wear gloves to school to make sure she wouldn't get any splinters! My little girl is cautious already!
So I just had to write about these awesome nails that I bought at Walmart for 5 dollars. Take them out of the box, glue them on, and they look fine if you ever want or need the fake nails look for any reason (just be careful because I almost glued 2 of my fingers together) Also, the package comes with 24 nails so if any fall off or if I want to do them another time then I have replacements. They even have toe nails you can do. (you can tell I haven't shopped this aisle for a while, or ever) Anyways, just wanted to share in the fun of my day. (nope, I don't get out much) Happy nails!!

I made some really good banana bread the other day and thought I would share the recipe. I found it online by searching for "moist banana bread recipe". Here it is:

1 c ripe bananas
1.5 c sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c butter
1 c white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c chopped walnuts (optional)

1. Mix butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla until creamy
2. Add: bananas, cinnamon...mix well
3. Add: soda, salt, sour cream, flour....mix until smooth
4. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan
5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour

Hope you enjoy!!

Tribute to the TROUBLEMAKER......Here is some bread that I was making, while it was rising, some fingers found it and went POKE!!! I wonder who did that??? Then I found Kamree with red all over her face. What could that be? The evidence of a red vine was on the floor. So some little blonde girl climbed on the counter, got a red vine, and decided to share some with her baby sister. I am not sure what I am going to do with this child! She is lucky she is so cute :)

Lexie and I had the opportunity to go to "So you think you can Dance" Top 12 tour in Reno. It was absolutely AMAZING!!! I loved every second of the show. All the dancers this year were extremely talented with great personalities. Lexie's favorite part of the show was "when the girls would spin and their hair would fly through the air"
Pumpkin Time!!! We found some great pumpkins and the girls got to get their faces painted. They picked a butterfly and a frog.

Lexie was in her first race. It was called the pumkin run. She raced against other pre-schooler girls. She got second place and won my favorite pie...pumpkin!
Lexie has an imagination that never, ever stops. From the moment she wakes up until she goes to bed (and sometimes in her bed) she is creating things to do. In this scene she made a carriage. Jorden is the princess, the legos are her food in case she gets hungry and Lexie is the driver. Lately horses are involved in all her play. She has to ride a horse everywhere she goes, or she is the horse!

Kamree absolutely loves to roll around on the floor and play with whatever she finds or rolls into. It is so much fun to watch her learn and grow.

The girls thought it was so funny that they had cu-tips in their ears. I wonder who's idea this was? Oh, Jorden's!
I found Jorden sitting in the window admiring herself in the mirror. Or maybe she is looking at all the peanut butter on her face. She is wearing her favorite pajamas "Tinkerbell pajamas". She wishes she could wear them everynight. Jorden is our tinkerbell!

We went up to my parents and grandma's cabin one weekend. Lexie thought she was in heaven. Her favorite thing to do is to make maps and go on hunts. So we found trails and treked through the forest. It would be so fun to have a cabin to escape to. It was very relaxing!

Jorden is ready for the ball. She is called "your highness" according to Lexie.
